A demo or template is safe when it can be provisioned, validated, tested, and repaired from visible screens. It should not require backend edits or private explanation.

Test data exists.
User can submit from the app.
Recipient sees work on Decision or Work Queue.
Messages appear in Notification Center or Conversation.
Status is visible.
Exception Resolution is clean.
Preflight has no blockers.
Repair is followed by a fresh live test.
