### Test checklist

1. Run validation.
2. Preview as requester.
3. Create a realistic test record.
4. Start the workflow with the real button, form, status, launcher, or webhook.
5. Confirm immediate status or message.
6. Preview as recipient.
7. Open Decision, Work Queue, Notification Center, Conversation, or Workflow Status.
8. Confirm the item appears.
9. Complete the action.
10. Confirm the source record changed.
11. Check Exception Resolution.
