# Crisp Chat

A floating Crisp chat widget inside your **published** app, using **your** Crisp Website ID. This is separate from NotionApps’ own support chat on marketing/builder pages.

## Availability

Crisp is **entitlement-gated**. If Add Integration hides Crisp or shows an upgrade prompt, your plan does not include it.

## Configure

1. In Crisp: **Settings → Website Settings** → copy the **Website ID** (UUID).
2. In NotionApps: **Integrations → Add → Crisp Chat**.
3. Paste **Website ID**.
4. Leave Advanced collapsed unless NotionApps support asked you to use it.
5. Ensure **Enabled** is on → Save → **Publish**.

No Users toggle. No secrets for this version. You can run **Crisp and Intercom at the same time** if both are entitled and enabled.

## Verify

## Troubleshooting

1. Publish the app.
2. Confirm Enabled.
3. Confirm Website ID in the Crisp console.
4. Check the browser is not blocking third-party scripts.
5. Test on the published host (subdomain or custom domain), not an unpublished builder preview.
