# Intercom Chat

Intercom Messenger in your published app. You paste Intercom’s public **App ID** (Installation → Web).

## Availability

Intercom is **entitlement-gated**. If Add Integration hides Intercom or shows an upgrade prompt, your plan does not include it.

## Configure

1. In Intercom: **Settings → Installation → Web** → copy **App ID**.
2. Builder → **Integrations → Add → Intercom Chat**.
3. Paste **App ID**.
4. Enable → Save → **Publish**.
5. Edit later via the same fields (no need to delete and recreate).

You can run **Crisp and Intercom at the same time** if both are entitled and enabled.

This version does **not** require identity HMAC / secure mode — App ID only.
