Intercom Chat

Intercom Messenger in your published app. You paste Intercom’s public App ID (Installation → Web).

Availability

Intercom is entitlement-gated. If Add Integration hides Intercom or shows an upgrade prompt, your plan does not include it.

Configure

1. In Intercom: Settings → Installation → Web → copy App ID.

2. Builder → Integrations → Add → Intercom Chat.

3. Paste App ID.

4. Enable → Save → Publish.

5. Edit later via the same fields (no need to delete and recreate).

You can run Crisp and Intercom at the same time if both are entitled and enabled.

This version does not require identity HMAC / secure mode — App ID only.
