# 31 Aug 2026 Release

Makers generate **per-app webhook secrets** in the Workflow builder. Copy the value once, send it as `x-notionapps-webhook-token`, and rotate without sharing a platform-wide token.

**Start here**\
Open a workflow whose trigger is **Webhook received**. In **External webhook intake**, generate a secret, copy it immediately, and paste it into Make or Zapier as `x-notionapps-webhook-token`. After this app has an active secret, the old shared platform token stops working for it.
