# Create a new Workflow

Watch this updated beginning-to-end walkthrough to create a workflow from a plain-language automation outcome. The first minute now focuses on the payoff: a submitted service request becomes a routed workflow instead of a record someone has to chase manually.

The walkthrough then covers opening Automation, choosing the starter example, assembling and saving the recipe, running a no-send preview, generating route objects, publishing, running a builder test, and ending on Workflow Activity with visible run history.
