When to file

• Save failed after you rebound fields and it still fails — include the time and the property name. See Save failed first.

• Entitlement looks wrong after you upgraded.

• Webhook 503 token-not-configured (environment), not a 401 from a typo.

When not to file

• 409 Conflict — close extra tabs.

• “Which screen do I use?” — How the docs are organized.

• Partner build — Hire an expert.

What to attach

Account email, app id, published URL, UTC timestamp, screen name, and whether you already synced. Do not paste webhook secrets in the ticket body; say that the builder shows (or does not show) a token.
