# NotionApps Support Ticket Guide

On the maker path via Workspace (and linked from Settings → General / builder home). Expand this in GitBook to the verbose bar: when to file a ticket, what to attach (app id, screen name, time UTC, screenshot), and when to use docs instead.

## When to file

* Save failed after you rebound fields and it still fails — include the time and the property name. See Save failed first.
* Sync Health still needs help after you read the details and tried Retry — use **Create ticket** on Settings → Data. The ticket is prefilled with the app, database, and health state.
* Entitlement looks wrong after you upgraded.
* Webhook 503 token-not-configured (environment), not a 401 from a typo.

## When not to file

* 409 Conflict — close extra tabs.
* **Partial**, **Held**, or **Throttled** on Sync Health — extra rows were kept, or Notion asked us to wait. See Reload and sync first.
* “Which screen do I use?” — How the docs are organized.
* Partner build — Hire an expert.

## What to attach

Account email, app id, published URL, UTC timestamp, screen name, and whether you already synced. If the ticket came from Sync Health, the app, database, and health state are already filled in. Do not paste webhook secrets or Notion tokens in the ticket body; say that the builder shows (or does not show) a token.
