* Writable Status field for Board columns
* Optional comments on Details

## Screens to add

1. **Create Form** for intake (keep it short)
2. **Board** grouped by Status
3. **Details** with description, files, comments
4. Optional public form + private triage via mixed portal

## Optional upgrades

* Notify assignees — [Automation](https://docs.notionapps.com/automation)
* [Mixed portal](https://docs.notionapps.com/how-to-guides/build-a-mixed-public-private-portal)

## Common pitfalls

* Intake form asks for too much
* Board Group By not writable
* Staff triage screens visible to anonymous reporters

## Verify

1. Submit a bug from an incognito window.
2. Drag it across Board columns as staff.
3. Confirm files + comments on Details.
