Scheduling date

A Scheduling date is a date field on a create form or an update form. Open the field and use Scheduling rules. The calendar hides days and times that fail the rules, and save checks the same rules again. Leave a box blank to skip that rule.

Closed days

Highlight a day to close it. Sunday is the first day of the week. Leave every day off to allow all seven.

Hours

Put one range on each line, in 24-hour time, such as 08:00-16:30. Add weekdays after the range when it should apply only on those days. 0 is Sunday and 6 is Saturday, so 08:00-16:30 1,2,3,4,5 is Monday through Friday. Leave Hours blank to allow the whole day. When you add hours, set Show date/time to date and time.

Other rules

  • Holidays: one date per line, written as 2026-11-26. Add yearly after a date to block that month and day every year.
  • Earliest day: how many days from today before someone can book. 0 allows today.
  • Booking window: how many days ahead someone can book. Leave it blank for no far limit.
  • Time zone: closed days, the earliest day, and the hours use this zone, for example America/New_York.
