Who can see Edit and Delete
On a details screen, Behaviour has Allow Editing and Allow Delete. Under each one, Who can see Edit and Who can see Delete choose which logged-in users get that button.
With no logic, every logged-in user who can open the page sees the button. Add a filter when only users who match that logic should see it. The filter uses the Users database.
This is separate from screen visibility, which decides who can open the page, and from data restriction, which decides which rows a person can reach.
The control asks you to enable login before you can choose who sees the button. A public app with no Users database shows the button to everyone who can open the page.
