Crisp Chat
A floating Crisp chat widget inside your published app, using your Crisp Website ID. This is separate from NotionApps’ own support chat on marketing/builder pages.
Availability
Section titled “Availability”Crisp is entitlement-gated. If Add Integration hides Crisp or shows an upgrade prompt, your plan does not include it.
Configure
Section titled “Configure”- In Crisp: Settings → Website Settings → copy the Website ID (UUID).
- In NotionApps: Integrations → Add → Crisp Chat.
- Paste Website ID.
- Leave Advanced collapsed unless NotionApps support asked you to use it.
- Ensure Enabled is on → Save → Publish.
No Users toggle. No secrets for this version. You can run Crisp and Intercom at the same time if both are entitled and enabled.
Verify

Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Publish the app.
- Confirm Enabled.
- Confirm Website ID in the Crisp console.
- Check the browser is not blocking third-party scripts.
- Test on the published host (subdomain or custom domain), not an unpublished builder preview.
